about hitting the rough on purpose...i usually try to get as close as possible to the hole. With cleves any 85 or less should be a bird from any rough

Another question - why did Sebicu hit deliberately in the rough - I'm fascinated ???

Only he can answer that, but it just my guess with the high winds it could have given him a better angle at the pin. And we don't know what holes, how far from the green he was when he was in the rough or what the % was.

The one hole I was sure sebicu  hit into the rough was the short hole oneeyedjohn mentioned, with the stream running in front of the green. sebicu's drive on that hole ended up 29 yards from the pin in 40-50% rough. The lie looked flat but since we don't get to see our playing partner's lie, I really don't know.

I was paying attention to sebicu playing strategy and trying to learn from it.

    Thanks Seb for responding.

Yeah u r right Columbus, that hole for us was downwind, the adrenalin was flowing, and I knew I could copy Seb when he went for it, it must be the 11th, he hit to 40 yards and said , 'that's all she had', so his best effort in other words, I was hot, , we were both 6 & 8 under, so I creamed mine to 10 yards behind him.

Like he says anything under 85 yards with a cleve, u expect to bird, and we did.

The friggin wheels came off after that for me.

It was fun to play with such quality players, thanks again.

He just went green right now if that helps!

    (Thanks for the update, Daboofness)

I set up and invited him as soon as he went green...did not accept:  "already playing in a game"

Due to some family issues regarding getting their round in I have been asked for an extension for this second round to continue until Monday at the close of WGT business time.

And before you all jump the gun and say we have already played our round and this gives more practice time for the ones who haven't posted a score yet, I can tell you that the players involved would not come up with such an excuse.

Thanks for bearing with me on this decision, it is only fair to the players and you folks who are participating in this tournament.

Remember family comes first before anything else.

    Hey everyone,

funny conditions for this second round I got to say, many risk/reward shots. It was a huge pleasure to play with Aahna, we had way too many laughs and I went off to a super hot start that really slowed down after a mid session break. Due to some commitments, we couldn't play the whole 18 in one piece, I hope that is no problem.

    Aahna: 64

    Here are the screenshots.

    Cheers, Hans
