Corwyn:Just to let you all know the situation. We're just finalizing a Time Availability form that existing entrants, as well as anyone new, will need to complete so we can pair players up with compatible playing times.
This should be available tomorrow. Please check back.
Here's the FORM to fill out with your playing times. Please give your own LOCAL times, and the Time Zone info, and I'll convert it all.
There's a field for Exceptions, so please use that to record anything we'd need to know, e.g. "Cannot play Tuesdays" (it's very easy to say something ambiguous, so please check it!)

(The form may seem daunting, but I promise it's much better to get honest, accurate info from everyone at the start of a tourney, and have viable pairings, than to deal with the frustrations of scheduling with random partners).
