Credits earned

  Hi,

  I've played a few tournaments, mostly nowhere near good enough to earn credits, but I got a WGT email telling me I'd won 40+ credits. Unfortunately this isn't shown on my status. 

  My question is - do they get added automatically or do you have to claim them in some way? I'm wondering why they aren't shpwn on my status.

  They should be added automatically. When did you receive the email?

  On April 30th. I assumed they'd be added automatically too - they might have. Yet according to my Tournament statistics my career earnings is 5.11.

   

  The email read: (copied and pasted directly):

  Congratulations, you have received the following for playing in the Wk 17 Free Multiround Open .

  Tournament Type: Stroke Play
  Course: OAKMONT CC
  End Date: April 28, 2013 11:59PM Pacific Standard Time

  Credits Won: 40.50
  Prize Won: 
  Prize Value:

  Enjoy, and keep up the good work!

  Does this not count towards my career earnings?

  Unfortunately this isn't shown on my status. 

  40.50 in credits would show up in your earnings as 40.5c

  If you look in your Account page , you will see the credits paid to you there.
