  On this day, a year ago i stumbled across this game while talking to my daughter on the infamous facebook. I thought what the heck i'll give it a crack, nothing to loose.

  Well here i am, well what can i say, met some new and great friends, never met them yet, who knows?

  Played some crazy games with WTF moments and slowly getting used to it now.

  Wish everyone all the best, here's to another year....maybe!

  Happy first anniversary Andwhy. Yep I sometimes wonder why I persist - it can certainly be a roller coaster. Last night I had two (in three holes) major meters just as I hit -  OB balls and quit a round - not something I usually do. Then I hit a F9 27 on OLY. Go figure.

  We strill have to have a round together - time differences can be a curse in this game sometimes.

  ps when we do play I hope you help look for my balls in the long grass - the fairways seem to have shrunk recently.

  yeh, some of us (myself included) often piss and moan about this game,
  but it's still IS the best online game of golf.
  no annoying downloads and installations (so you can log and play anywhere),
  no monthly fee,and yeh, the whole social thing like MP games and country clubs
  are brilliant ideas, so even though there is much work to be done
  and many many MANY things that needs to be addressed and fixed,
  it's a pretty fun game to play, and a nice place to hang out online...
