The R11 irons have been the top irons for quite some time.  When do we think there will be irons to replace these such as titlist or some other real life irons that are really good.

What makes you think the R11s aren't "really good?" Have you tried them?

He didnt say they were not really good he was just asking is anything else gonna come out that is as good as them or better and another brand. besides the fact he has not even got the r11s yet.

I think it would be interesting to have a set of Tour Preferred TM Irons.  Maybe using the same meter or straight up meter with extra precision, maybe a few extra yards, and LESS forgiveness - thus making it a trade off if you choose to use them.

Why cant there be a little competition, say maybe 3 sets of top irons, seems like the R11s are great for the constant meter dingers, but some of us older folks hands and eyes dont work that fast, thats me folks not implying anyone else, so dont get your panties in a bunch, but i would love to see the New Pings, Wilson Staff and Titleist or even Nike Irons.

Maybe something between the high level Ping's and the R11's? Sounds reasonable.

The only thing wrong with the R11 irons is that they aren't the same speed as the woods. I don't think this was intentional, I think it was an error on their part.
