Country club invitations are sent to the email that the player registered with when they joined WGT. If your friend is not receiving the emails then it's likely one of two things is happening:
- Your friend has an incorrect or inactive email listed in their account information.
- The email is being blocked or forwarded to a spam or junk folder.
Have your friend check his listed email by clicking on the ACCOUNT button in the top left of any web page. From there your friend can click the CONTACT INFO tab at the top to change the email address if necessary. Make sure there are no typos or extra spaces. If the email is correct then your friend may need to add an exception to their email client to allow him/her to receive emails from members@worldgolftour.com.
Once you've done that clear off any pending invites and send a new one by going to your friend's profile and clicking the INVITE TO COUNTRY CLUB link at the top. Most problems with country club invites stem from emails being blocked/forwarded or from folks just having the wrong information (or a typo) listed on their account.
I was able to share your most recent replay with myself and received the email in a matter of a few seconds. I just clicked the share link next to your 'Perfect Save' replay on your profile and typed my email into the box in the top right. You may also need to check your spam/junk folders to see if it's being forwarded there. If it is not then you may also need to add an exception to allow emails from the address I listed above.
