It seems every time I try to earn free credits, I'm told that I have already done the survey and earned the credits. I haven't. Does anyone else have this problem and how do I correct it? I'm on a fixed income and earning credits is the only way I can upgrade my equipment. I only have 157 credits left. The computer said that I had already earned 905 credits today. I wish!!
