  a good idea is have a way you can pause the game 45 to 60 sec so aplayer could use the  BR

  You can always ask your playing partner to take their time over the next shot.  They can run the timer to zero without any penalty, it just starts again.  They have to set the shot up again but that's no big deal.  I believe they can do this twice, the third time they get a 1 shot penalty.

  Even with a 45 second timer that should be long enough.  Hopefully.

  Only once I'm afraid => "warning".

  Next is a shot penalty, then a hole in matchplay, finally a DQ.

  You may also X the game client to have all enter the lobby, that's a bit more time and more annoying to the others.
