Sorry didn't see that no one had replied:
1. Decide the format (Matchplay, strokeplay, 9/18holes etc.)
2. Post in the CC forum for people who want to partake. Give people a little time to read and post.
3. log on at http://challonge.com/ (a free bracket for your tournament).
4. Put a time limit to get each round played (be aware some people are on different timezones).
5. Update the bracket and forum post with the results (ask for people to post scorecards if you think it necessary).
6. Have fun!
