Uneven Lies Tournaments

  Hey WGT!

  I'll start by saying thanks for making an effort to provide some uneven RGs.

  Unfortunately, they aren't especially popular, especially since Merion came out.  They also seem to be very price-sensitive, as the only ones that have filled at a reasonable rate over the past few weeks have been the 100cr tournaments.

  So, how about some free weeklies, monthlies, or even special multi-round tournaments on the unevens? An unlimited monthly would be a good place to start, because players could have a go at it without fear of wrecking their precious stats and averages.

  Also, is there any news about the UEL Virtual Open-like tournament that was rumored a few weeks ago?

  Free weekly or Monthly to get folks to at least try the UL without having to put up credits.

  Where's the Merion UL Open as mentioned by Icon? There were no promises but the idea sure got my attention.

  And, following a Merion UL Open, how about a regular monthly WGT UL Invitational, along similar lines to the ones at the beginning of the year? Tier-based, over 2-rounds, with at least one being single-round (preferably both!).

  It's been wonderful to have some UL ReadyGo's, but as Ben mentioned, the higher credit ones have filled very slowly. I'm sure there's a perfect mix in there somewhere. Perhaps we can make some suggestions?

  I said I am still working on it and it'll be a while before it can happen, if it can happen. I never make promises I cannot keep, so def never promised anything.

  Since the Uneven Lies Open Invitational there have not been any new official UL WGT tournament. 

  ...and I am still anxiously waiting for US Open on Uneven Lies.

  Well sir in two days 6 players have posted scores in the tournament I have going on now which you have signed up for in which you have one go at it, no re-starts. Shorter tees, slower green speed, same wind and the Average score so far is a 73. Taking out the score from a Master tiered player it is 70. Long ways from a tournament that lasts 2 Months to qualify for with a 58 cut line to this date in time.

  Yes, great UL tournament you are hosting, I am so excited to start, I think it will be an awesome event and I am happy to be part of it. 

  Definitely longing to have more UL tournaments either from enthusiastic members or from WGT.
