  Yes you would have to accidentally navigate to your account, select the Block Player link and accidentally type the players name before clicking the BLOCK button.

  Meant more along the lines of typing in the incorrect name. I know I can get players names mixed up at some points with real names when they send in emails or private messages.

  All I was pointed out was the fact you are allowed only one profile. Nothing more and it is obvious that you are not one of the players who is playing the system.

  DB gave you an explanation, but as you asked I will give you my 2 cents worth.

  Now I am not sure whether you are actually blocked or just a deleted "friend". Can you post on their wall? If not you are blocked, if you can they have just deleted you for whatever reason.

  I do note you have a lot of friends, half of them scantily clad women, so if they deleted you it is probably due to you not playing with them on a regular basis, if they blocked you I think you would know the answer to that. It takes some effort to block a player and would not be done by mistake.
