I did not want to be legend. But WGT has a way to stop sandbagging in money game. So playing matchplay means you either go down or up. I beat legends above me. I had weaker clubs as TM and starter ball. So in a way i evened out every game. I had no advantage over legends because most legends hit same or more distance than me.
Begging for clubs is totally different issue. I am legend and beating fellow legends is not as much fun as beating players better than me. There are good legends who can beat me pretty easy. I think anyone consistent can beat me. Whole goal is fix my deficiency than anything else. Some gave good challenge like creamer444 , Mbaggase. Its all fun.
I trash talk. If you beat me you can say what ever you wnat to say , i do not mind until i beat u . I am cool.
I wanted to test how my average hold up against legend match play and TL match play. Match play is no different that stroke play for me. Its just that some courses suit your clubs some do not. Merion clubs do not make difference , putting makes difference. Thats only advantage i think i have. But there are great putters like arikuld who can beat merion pretty easy because he knock it down consistently.
All in all its about fun. Thats all.
