I was playing the Legend Best of Par 3 full 18 hole ready go about 20 minutes ago when the game started slowing down and struggling to display every location. I saved and quit the game to go offline and clear all the junk from my operating system thinking that might be slowing the game down. After performing a good cleaning, I logged back on to finish my game, starting at the 13th hole. After I logged on, the game flashed a WGT add in my face, preventing me from clicking on the "Resume game" button. When the add closed, the game screen changed back to the normal screen you see after you log in with no buttons to forfeit or continue the tournament. So I clicked on the Ready Go tab, found the tournament that I had started, and clicked on the TEE OFF button. When I did that it gave me an error message stating that I was no longer eligible to play that tournament. Can you help me with this? Ready go # 49482 ... If I can't finish the tournament, could I please have my entry fee refunded? Thanks in advance

    Hi Don,

Can you tell me what happens when you try to resume in a different browser.

    Thanks:)

The same thing has happened to me on multiple occasions, where something goes wrong while you are in the middle of a tournament/round, which requires you to shutdown the browser. Then when you start the browser up again, if a WGT advertisement (such as "Hole in One Challenges") appears, then you do not get the option to continue the tournament.

I found if you shutdown the browser again and restart it, you may not get the WGT advertisement, which then will allow you to continue the tournament. Once I had to restart my browser twice before the WGT advertisement did not appear, which then allowed me to access the continue tournament screen.

I use Comodo Dragon browser, don't know if that is a needed condition for this bug to occur.

I've reported this bug a few times with "Submit this problem to WGT" and in some other thread in this forum.

Thanks Icon ... I logged out and came back on in a different browser and finished the round .

Now I know what to do if it ever happens again ...

And thanks Columbus for that info ...

    I use Opera

    :-)

AFAIK, the only time limit is the end of the tournament, if any.

    hi guys,

our engineers are unable to reproduce this error so they asked if you can take screenshots of how it looks when the error occurs.

please let me know on my wall if you encounter this problem again.

What browser was it? Normally Yahoo works slow on WGT but I have mine on Google and works fine. A course I could be wrong but from what Ive experienced Yahoo works slower than most. -jdnelson1999

Will do icon, but it will have to be a video capture, I'm thinking...

Save and quit ... shutting browser down... restarting browser... logging back in and getting an add pop-up before you can access the resume game screen.
