I have golf balls in my inventory, buy the system will not give them to me. It tells me to contact customer sevice, which i cannt find, lol

You have to equip anything your rent or purchase from the Pro Shop before you can use it. You can read about how to equip your balls here or you can watch a video tutorial.
If you are still having trouble equipping after watching the tutorial then please send us an email at members@worldgolftour.com and customer service can take a look at your account to see if there's some kind of problem.
