Hi mark,
Sounds like your PC is getting hung up on a specific file during the load. Game files are stored in your caches on your PC so they can readily accessed when they are needed instead of being downloaded each and every time. Sometimes a file can become corrupt or fragmented and that's usually the case in a situation like this.
Please try clearing both your flash & browser caches by following the instructions below:
- Clear Browser cache: Click here
for instructions.
- Clear Adobe Flash cache: Click here, and click the "Delete all sites" button in the Settings Manager.
Be aware that clearing your caches also resets your game options. Before teeing off you will want to go back to the options and select your preferences for graphics quality, reflections or anything else that you prefer.
