  Hans....no disrespect but that is a rather presumptious statement that may upset a few people. You fellas are both strong players no doubt...but dont think for a minute that there arent several players in this tournament that could beat you on any given day.

  Seeding this kind of tourney is almost impossible as i see it anyhow as stroke avg really means nothing in this game anymore.

   I have to say I do not support the way the matches are arranged for the first round, a game like this should have rather been the final than the first round. Rather try to seed the players and play the games 1 vs. 16 and so on for the next edition ;-)

  I did the matches with a random bracket generator...thanks for your input hans

  Woo I totally messed something up guys, I am very sorry. I remembered a post in a tournament thread where the op said he tries to make the first round games as "fair" /even as possible. I thought it was this tournament, but it clearly wasn't. Sorry!

  On a second note, I didn't want to be disrespectful at all, it was rather respect for my opponent james, as he should not have lost the first round with his performance. There are obviously other players in this tournament who can definitely beat me, including you.

  ok, I dont want this tourny to go in this direction...Im doing this to get guys together to have fun playing a fun round of golf...I dont understand han's why the  disappointment....It sounds like you and JLucky3333 had an awesome match....There are always some that will not be satisfied and I understand that... If I would have paired the matches up myself then it would have been, I didnt set the matches up right....so to keep it straight forward I used a bracket generator....In the future we could change things up, if I did something wrong then Im sorry, just trying to have a fun tournament, Todd

  Really sorry Gooba, I am totally satisfied with the tournament idea and your organizing. Like I said, I totally messed up a thought. Every organized tournament is a good thing for the community.
