Amateur Level?

  This is from the FAQ: 

  At what level will my character start?

  You character will start at Level 1 when it is new. Existing players will automatically start at a higher level based on their previous tier: Amateur: Level 10, Pro: Level 20, Master: Level 30

  Does this mean that when you read Level 10 you will join the Amateur Tier? I am at level 13 and still at Hack.

  Moving up in Tier involves playing ranked rounds at your level. Right now I counted only 4 rounds played. Play some more and you'll be moved up. The CTTH and Blitz don't  do it.

  I believe the reference to "Existing players" refers to those of us who were playing the game when the numerical level system was put in place a few years ago. We were automatically plugged in at level 10, 20, or 30 based on what tier we were then.
