New Customer Service Announcement

    Though I probably do agree with the grumps on a lot of issue's, I think this is not the topic to vent the frustration, so, thx for the info.

    We have been testing the new system out and are very pleased with the results and feel that this will bring the customer service to another level.  However because of this change, over the next couple of weeks you may see some glitches with responses and longer wait times with emails.  As with any new program there may be some things arise that we weren't able to predict. 
    I read advance excuses stating that everything will stay as it was:

             Customer service on floor -10.

    As a kind reminder:

    - your PM promise "I will make sure it gets out today." is overdue (see below) since April 18 despite my earlier direct reminder,

    - my case "missing emails" ref:_00DA0YUqj._500G0CHb87:ref has not been solved in four months, no reply to my mail of April 2nd.

    What else should I do?

    I mailed WGT - no reaction.

    I used the contact form - some reaction, no results.

    I PMed Icon and Shoe - no or no sufficient reaction.

     

    Frustration grows, and I can only vent here AFAIS, and yet another "promises and hopes" announcement is the best hook I can find.

    I agree Alosso, the current system is dreadful. so time will tell if the new system will make a dramatic improvement,

    The way I look at it, WGT have recognized that the current system has failed abysmally so I give them credit for trying to rectify it. Any new system has teething problems, so only time will tell whether the new system will work.

    Keep it up buddy, I'm sure that WGT will give you a faster answer.

    How much faster? Another three months only?

    My tolerance on promises and hopes is exhausted. Giving them further time credit appears to me like throwing good money after bad.

    ya u have to once in a while shouldn't cause no prob I do a scan that clears both for me everyday I don't have to many probs at all
