WGTdbloshoe: We have been testing the new system out and are very pleased with the results and feel that this will bring the customer service to another level. However because of this change, over the next couple of weeks you may see some glitches with responses and longer wait times with emails. As with any new program there may be some things arise that we weren't able to predict.
I read advance excuses stating that everything will stay as it was:

As a kind reminder:
- your PM promise "I will make sure it gets out today." is overdue (see below) since April 18 despite my earlier direct reminder,
- my case "missing emails" ref:_00DA0YUqj._500G0CHb87:ref has not been solved in four months, no reply to my mail of April 2nd.
