    HI you should see as well the golf courses ,they all have problems, and also exclude all players that cheat Thanks

    Later tonight we will be making some upgrades to the way incoming messages will be handled.  We are making these changes in hopes to provide quicker response times, handle reoccurring issues faster, and specify nation member emails with greater accuracy. 

    We have been testing the new system out and are very pleased with the results and feel that this will bring the customer service to another level.  However because of this change, over the next couple of weeks you may see some glitches with responses and longer wait times with emails.  As with any new program there may be some things arise that we weren't able to predict. 

    So thank you for bearing with us as we make this transition.

    Have to say ive had some great help from WGT lately. I even sent an e-mail to WGT, and was stumped when i got a reply within minutes, and not an automated reply either. There must be more out there who have had some of this also?

    To remain on the good side of friends and WGT, I will plead the fifth. I have only contacted WGT directly a couple of times since day one here. I got replies but I'll leave it at that.

    I for one happen to like this game and see it for what it is a GAME! I have an idea,why dont all of you that *** and complain all the time and obviously dont enjoy it anymore just leave.That way when we read a post and try to learn something from peoples experiences we dont have to listen to you whine and complain. Just saying.

    Hello WGT,

    I am not sure where to go but I have a question…I was just playing in a 3 player skins game and the game froze for the first time on I believe it was the 6th hole…I simply reloaded my browser for the first time and when it came back up it had said that i timed out and forfeited my 4 skins that I won (117 credits each for a total of 468 cr)…what can i do to retain my credits that I rightfully am owed?
