How can I tell what a CC is all  about before joining up? It seems that all I can see is that which the owner and/or some of the CC members have to say.

I can see how many members of each tier, when they played last, their average score, etc.  What I can't see is the tournament's format. Does this CC play matches vs other CCs? When & how often?  Does it have CC matches for members? When & how often.

I know all CCs are not for everyone. Different strokes for different folks.

Is there a way to see inside a CC before joining?

Perhaps some kind of temporary membership?

It's not a completely accurate indication of every tournament and participation level, but if you pick a member from any specific CC, you can go to their Score History and click their CC tournaments - the non-WGT ones. There you can view the leaderboard, see how many of the members participated, which course, part of the set-up, etc.

It's not great, but it gives you more than just a view at the CC home page.

This is off-topic, but it grits my greetus. Have you ever considered that the forum has a default font for a good reason, and provides font variations for special purposes?

Are you attention hungry, or just trying to show you can figure out what the little icons above the post are for?

I would expect nothing less from a man who calls himself, "Bubba" and one who knows he is a, "DORK".

    Need a "V" m8?

I may draw your attention to the fact that every CC membership is temporary. There is a "quit" button available for members as well as "kick out" and "close" options for the owners.

Just join one and if you don't like it quit and join another. My offer still stands.

I understand I may join and leave many CCs until I find one I like. I was hoping to avoid drifting around from CC to CC.

I clicked onto one of the links and saw a CC that seemed to be what I was looking for. I requested membership yesterday but have yet to receive a response. If I don't hear from that club by tomorrow I will assume the owner doesn't want me and will request membership in another club or accept one of the invites I have already received.

I want to thank those who offered help.

CC offers are limited, if you get urself a reputation, luckily mine is intact, and I am pretty sure I could join any CC on WGT, if I so wanted.

Hi Courtney, I am gonna post my stats very shortly, they may still not impress you, but they impress me.

there are plenty of country club surfers. join one and see if you like it. most clubs like it if you STAY - show some loyalty and play the club tourneys. it looks like you have some offers. take an opportunity that has been extended. play often and have fun !!
