Cerino- as is typical of WGT's "aware of it" announcements, we need to be aware that they in fact may do absolutely nothing in terms of an attempt to fix it. If it's an easy fix, they might. If it requires effort, it won't happen.
They've been aware of the broken awards for over a year now and they're still not repaired.
Note, too, that they have still not actually intervened on behalf of us to companies like Qualtrics with the surveys. We received lip service from WGT that they were getting involved and then they disappeared again into their black hole, hoping we would forget and the complaints would go away. Note there has been no followup to the Mr. Clean survey fiasco. They could have salvaged an awful lot with a $20 investment when it happened but instead they have chosen to continue to show total disdain for us.
