Failed Credit Offer - Hope I am not in wrong forum

  Hi all:

  Relatively new here. Just finished a 255 credit "survey" regarding Norwegian Cruise lines - did it while between tasks at work, but still took over 1/2 hour. It showed up with all the others when you hit the "take surveys" button.

  Anyways, completed the whole thing - said I completed it successfully, thus hoping for the 255 credits - BUT, it doesn't even show that I did it my transaction history.

  I don't have a screen capture software and firefox didn't do anything when I hit print screen. I am not going to fret over 255 credits, but there is not even a way to report it as it isn't in my transaction box.

  The 255 credit survey showed up again and I clicked on it and it said, "You have already finished this survey. This survey can only be completed once." 

  I do have that saved plus the web url that it is on - I think it was Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE MicrosoftInternetExplorer4

  if anyone is interested.

  Is there an easy fix, or am I just a casualty of these surveys?

  Have you taken a cruise or planning to? NoYes It was this survey btw - it doesn't give me a way to copy and paste it. But if I try for the survey again, it will say i have already completed it. Frustrating - the 255 credits were going to a new wedge - lol

  You need screen shots a lot. There are tools available.

  In Win7, "Snipping Tool",

  in other Windows, a keyboard shortcut.

  ya - for some reason the print screen on the keyboard wouldn't work - you are likely right - casualty =)
