  Turning point will happen before they play, Ferrer will never be in the match. However should Nadal lose, the turning point will be when he runs out of balls that he plays, and reverts to the starters ball.

  Was talking about todays game against Puholino's countryman...many talking points but seems there are no tennis fans on WGT...other uses for grass you know :)

  And Al, give that man a 'Rock', and he'll still get top spin on it....What a forehand !! Puts my Sunday morning hack arounds into perspective.(and I thought I was good )

  I think, like vs Djokovic, the turning point will be on a call from the chair.  After Rafa gets the first set by at least 2 games, knotted in the 2nd set at 2 games all, on serve, a critical in/out call will be made incorrectly that Ferrer just can't overcome mentally,  and Rafa will be up a break with the serve to go up 2 games and ultimately close the set out 6-2.  3rd set will be more of the same-

  Rafa in straight sets - 6-4, 6-2, 6-3 (2nd set may have been different if in the 5th game it could've stayed on serve - but Rafa still takes the crown no matter of any calls from the chair) (all of this assumes Rafa wins the toss and/or serves first in the matchl lol) 

  He's AWESOME!

  My goodness, thank you.  I messed up a bit and thought this was a prediction for the final.  I need to learn to read (putts too)

  I do believe that bad call did turn the set (maybe not the match) as Novak lost a service game and couldn't break back.

  To me, the biggest difference was that heavy heavy spin (and watering the court twice which saved both of their bodies lol)

  the turning point will be in the changing rooms before they even start.

  ferrer will see who he is playing and will think to himself that he cant beat rafa,hence he will be beat before he even starts

  LOL at this rate when I get to level 98 and buy a Cannon! I have been close to 400, and over but sadly 50% rough final resting place is not so hot!

  Back to the tennis, yes Nadal is simply breathtaking. I grew up as tennis being my number 1 sport, in fact was my dream to be a pro, but after some thrashings by very good players (not top players) I knew that was never going to happen,

  Closest I have been to some greats was playing golf, Henri Leconte, Matts Willander and Ivan Lendl - they played in the group ahead of me playing at Kai Sai Chau in Hong Kong - friendly and some very handy golfers too and wiling to chat at the end (they were there for the "Masters" after they had retired). I offered myself as a training buddy but got politely refused lol.

  Back to Rafa, I got his autobiography a couple of years ago - a good read and gives some insight into the inner workings of him. Now  if onlyI had had his forehand............and every other shot in his repetoire, oh and his mental attitude, it could have been me lol.
