I have a Sega/Genesis from the '90s that can do it so wtf WGT?
If you can't code 'mulligans' then try adding "SAVE GAME." That way I could address a shot, click 'Save Game,' then take the shot and if I wanted to try it again I could click 'RESTORE GAME.'
