Removing non-active members

  Why am I not able to remove members from our country club when I want to? As the owner, I see a red "X" next to each person's name. But when I go to click on that "X," most of the time nothing happens. Every once in a blue moon it will work and allow me to remove the member. Can someone please explain. Thanks

  Hi FC,

  There have been some issues surrounding the removal of members from country clubs that we are still looking into.  The players that I have run across said that it resumed function after clearing their browser cache.  Please try that and let me know if that solves the problem for you.

  • I have attempted to remove 2 members (one in the same) from my club for having multiple accounts.  I also have several other members that have been inactive for over a month.  I can not get them out, even after clearing the cache.  Is there a way to resolve this?  Can I send WGT an email with their names to have them removed?
