Despite it all, a great game indeed!  Greater community!

    +1

Indeed WGT have produced a great course and deserve full credit, and each course seems to get better. I can't get to grips with Merion, totally my fault so would thank Chad and the WGT team for frustrating the living crap out of me.

Now all we need is the Open announcement (or replacement course) :))

As usual, I'll have this one figured out by next years Open.

Great job once again Mister W.

Great to see you here in the forums! For all the complaining we do here, it's a week like this that reminds me of what a cool thing WGT is.  My enjoyment of the Open has been greatly enhanced

Couldn't have put it better myself......n1 all.

Great watching the pros. struggle on a TRUE open coarse. No grippen and rippen here.......Golf the way it should be. WGT did a great job on this coarse,  THANK YOU.

So how come a 53 is possible on here?? yeh brilliant job WGT sooooo real

For the ones that likes the Uneven Lies, the course is simply as tough as the real one in single play mode. Elevations, odious lies, etc, makes the course a pretty similar copy of what the pros are going through.

Perhaps you should try the course on Uneven Lies, as difficult as the real one.
There is a tournament about to end where we will play the last round with this conditions; single play, champ tees, tournament greens, high winds & Uneven Lies. I will be very happy to end up even. Perhaps the best UL players will finish a couple of shots under par....just like in reality.
    Regards, Eric
    edit, now that I mention UL, the strategy is;
    • keep it on the fairway,
    • get as much green in regulation as possible
    • avoid weed, tough rough & bunkers

    .....just like in reality!!

been playing merion in these conditions too in practice mode,

    tournament greens

    high wind

    un even lie

brings a brilliant realistic feel to it, amazing way to play

    :)
