  Did you apply by mail? This seems to get lost too easily.

  Through their web form (in the "contact" link below) I have at least received a case # automatically each time. Further action might be more likely then.

  Agreed, I think that DB said in another thread, it was the exception. As far as I am concerned, that creates a precedence that should be followed by others wanting the avatar. Just my opinion though.

  WGT traded out my Lexus male 1 for a female avatar (my choice). Very happy!
