That is your stroke play scoring average. Average is calculated from your 10 best of your last 14 scores, with a heavier weighting on more recent scores. Just keep playing and posting ranked (or tournament) rounds and your average will come down naturally and you will automatically progress through the tiers (Hack, Amateur, Pro etc) as you get more games under your belt.
