Nope ... gettin' the credits all the time.

there are some video adverts , that actually don't contain videos, that may be the case.

avoid those .. and follow the instructions on the videos ( ie skip / share) and you should be fine.

Until recently, I never had them here. But suddenly before the video carousel they started and worked, The last week I play the video (for 4 cr) and have never received the credits. Then I am offered another video for 2 cr which I do get the credits.

And basically there is no comeback unless you screenshot each screen which is way to much effort for 4 credits.

So I will take what I can get (maximum 4crs a day) and the 7 videos on the carousel. Once in 3 years I have had a survey available (and I did complete it).

The moral of the story is, if you live in the backwaters of the globe, you have to pay to play this game if you want to play to any decent standard.

You both are wrong (IMHO). To me it just sounds like a bad argument to justify ridiculous spending. I hear people say they spent hundreds even thousands of dollars on this game, only to be a somewhat reasonable legend at best. What is a decent standard ? Is it enough to shoot 30's or lower once in  a while, or must it be sub 30 all the time ?

The moral of the story is you don't need to lay down hundreds of dollars to play a decent game and have a lot of fun.

With a lot of patience and playing the free ball only  you can save all the earned credits for clubs only. Play starter clubs until decent clubs come available (high level 70's) and there you go.... a decent game without spending a dollar.

    :)

I couldn't agree more about not having to invest loads of money to enjoy the game mate. The point we were trying to make was that if you live in certain parts of the world, the opportunities for free credits are often very limited, which in turn, makes it more difficult to get access to 'better equipment', without investing some money into the game.

Some people don't feel the need to obtain better equipment and are happy playing with the basic stuff, although I would suggest that the vast majority do feel the need to gradually improve what they've got. We didn't mention throwing money at the game hand over fist and therefore I feel it's a bit harsh to say that we were both wrong mate.

I'm not going into the whole survey/video route and whether it's worth it or not. Each to his or her own. I think the crux of the matter is that if free credits are hard to come by or money is tight you need to spend wisely and not upgrade wildly at every oportunity. Much as Rockitch said. I've been playing fo three monhs and have still yet to buy any irons. Hopefully next week I'll reach the required Level when I can buy the RocketBladez I've been waiting for. I could have bought some lesser TaylorMade irons or Ping G20s along the way, but would probably still now be wanting the Level 79 version of the TMs.

Anyway, back to the point. I have found on a couple of occasions that watched videos have not paid out the promised creits when I've had the in game volume muted. Purely on a hunch I've turned it on, re-played the ads and they've paid out. Might be coincidence but could be worth checking if you're not getting the reward. If memory serves there was a difference between the "Watch Videos", videos accessed via "Supersonic Ads" and those under the "Take Surveys" in which paid out with the volume muted and which didn't, but I can't for the life of me remember which way round it was.

    All the best, Fekdrink.

Nonsense. Done hundreds and missed out on payment twice. Not a sign of a virus either.
