l've been using the level 71 Nike Method and been getting frustrated with it lately, missing silly short putts and ruining good rounds.

So yesterday l caved in and got the level 92 spider, had a couple of practise putts with it, then entered the Merion full 18 RG, put it this way, the hole seemed as big as a bucket, even birdied the 5th, the break on the putt was ridiculous and downhill but in the centre of the cup it went.

Seven birdies through the turn and finished with my best ever 57.

l wonder, did WGT turn the VEM down after my purchase as a thankyou :)

lt does seem to be a great putter tho!!

just like when you are younger, you buy a new pair trainers and you think you can run faster...i think a new purchase on here gives you a small lift and you do play that little bit better for a few rounds...i personally hate lvl 92 ghost, couldnt ding putts with over 75% power required..nice score tho!!

On the first round with my Clevie, OAK back 9, hit two nice birds before my first ever shot with the new wedge, approach to #14, holed for eagle on the way to my first 29 as a Legend.

    Go figure!

For sure good things happen when u buy stuff.

I remember the burners when i bought them, the same with expensive balls, and the same when u buy a new driver.

It's called a honeymoon, and it don't last long.
