it really all depends what enjoyment you're getting from the game.
although recently i've found the game a bit slow and am gutted there's no Muirfield, i'd have to say the money i've put into this game over the years has yielded a great return in terms of the enjoyment i've got out of the game and the many great friends i've met through playing WGT.
it seems such a little price to pay as in comparison to what expenses i'm out for a lot of things i do in life that cost way more and offer a lot less enjoyment......that's just my own opinion.
to be perfectly honest, overall i think as players, we get a good deal but sadly like most things in our lives, prices will only increase (because running costs increase...staff want a wage rise to meet living standards etc) but at least we have a choice to buy or not to buy. it's all down to each player's discretion.
i like to moan and squeal about prices from time to time but have to accept WGT are just trying to run a profitable business.
in my own line of business my prices are expensive compared to other businesses...maybe they're out of hand....but people are happy to pay for the top end service i deliver.
