Well you can decide....it's nothing revolutionary but I think it would be an improvement.
Anyway thought I'd write this post as I had an idea about a new collection of avatars which I published on this thread here, but several people contributing would be inclined to go off on a tangent away from introducing more avatars towards customization options.
Customization is obviously a popular idea but few players can afford the grandiose cost of 500,000CR to customize their avatar (see Pro Shop - Elite).
So how about this....
As with many games which use avatars players build their avatar.
This is the logical order:
- Gender > Male or Female
- Height and Weight > Sliding scale + - to adjust
- Skin Colour > 5 skin tone colours to choose from
- Hair Colour > Black, Brown, Blonde, Bald
- Eye Colour > Black, Brown, Blue
- Outfit > Option 1, Option 2, Option 3
There the default customization would end and the avatar is complete. So the next area is the Pro Shop....
Players could still purchase whole outfits or they could purchase individual items; a shirt, a pair of trousers, a pair of shoes etc. They could choose to mix and match. Think of it like buying your clubs individually or buying a set. If you buy the whole set you get a slightly cheaper price but if your prefer to choose individual items you will pay a little more.
So what about the customization option in the Elite section? Well 500,000CR is plain crazy but here they would have greater customization options at a price; ginger hair, grey, hair, grey eye colour, green eye colour, tattoos, unique clothing items, unique logos/insignias and more....
I think if WGT worked with this they could stand to make more $$$'s - Not that they need us to come up with ideas to line their pockets but I think this one would make them richer and players happier.
