Solid black square in middle of game screen

  I saved this post the other day - yet another users' workaround:

  If you use Chrome or Firefox, it's not too hard to remove the box manually.
  
      Right-click the box and choose "Inspect element". This should bring up
  a view at the bottom of the screen of the HTML code.
      The offending ad is in an <iframe> tag. Start at the highlighted bit of
  code and scroll upwards until you find an <iframe>.
      Right-click the <iframe> tag and select "Delete node". This should
  remove the black box.
  
  I did this once and the ad hasn't been back.

  same again today big frigging black box i cant remove it?? im not computer savvy.missed 2 cc tournys ive had this *** since 18.00 uk time sat night. cmon wgt.

  Been happening to me and other UK players I know. I  switched from maxthon3 to Comodo Dragon which has worked so far. Hopefully WGT will get it sorted soon.

  Seems to be a BT advert.

  Loggin out and logging back in sometimes cures it but not always.

  Clearing flash cache etc etc doesn`t seem to cure the problem.

  I am using Maxthon Cloud.

  can you guys tell what AD it is? if possible, please post a screen shot.

  When in a game,right click.A box will appear, at the top is the option  "back", click the "back" option. The black box disappears.

  This is a real problem now as I can no longer play until it is fixed. The ad doesn't even play, so cannot tell you which ad it is. Shame as have only just moved up to pro level.

  "Back" doesn't fix it for me.

  Edit - does sometimes but pain in the backside

  Definitely problem with new starter / game loading ad for BT Sport. Please fix WGT -  game impossible to play at moment.

  Can't report problem on screen because you can't see where to type - strangely enough a big black box is in the way.

  I have had same problem today, I ununstalled my browser ( Comodo) and downloaded the up to date version. This seems to have solved the problem, HOPEFULLY
