Click and Hold not disappearing

  Ok, so this is annoying me to the point of not being able to play.  the "click and hold" icon appears and stays there making it very difficult to change clubs (because I no longer have a normal pointer) as well as making adjusting left to right because I visually can't see the hole because of this stupid "click and hold" icon.  

  Is there any way for me to get rid of that or is that a game flub from a recent update?

  Is it the "swing" icon of the game?

  When it becomes sticky here sometimes, I hover the mouse downwards over the meter bar and below the window frame.

  In Windows, be sure to deselect the "click&lock" feature of the mouse in system control, or learn how to use it :)
