Congratulations to WGT, especially the marketing department.

These guys deserve a pay rise or the very least a holiday, for the marketing ploy used in introducing the Level 93 "limited edition" R1 driver at that level.

Firstly, they placed its availability one level below the R11s, meaning anyone at level 93 striving for the R11s it was a no brainer.  Kerching sale + 500 credits.

Secondly, anyone level 94 to level 97 striving for the level 98 R1, maybe waiting months/years even, more than likely having bought the R11s already are gonna buy it.  Kerching sale + 500 credits, and possibly already the sale of the R11s driver, double kerching.

Thirdly, and possibly the highest earner. Those at level 90 to 92, using at present, maybe the R11 or the G20 and striving to reach the goal of level 94 and the R11s, to them, there appears this apparition, the godly R1 "limited edition" at possibly only 1 to 3 levels time. I know, lets see if we can do it, how? I'll buy level up boosts, that be a good idea and play till my eyeballs hurt, using in the meantime, more balls, more sales. Even if i don't make the deadline at least I'll only be a level or so from level 94 anyway and the R11s, more boost, more balls. The incentives? at best the R1, at worst the R11s in a month or so, theres always the White R1 at level 98 anyway (more sales at a later date).  Kerching (possible) sale + 500 credits, balls, Kerching, level up boosts, kerching.

So hats off from me to the Marketing Department of WGT.

    clap-clap, I agree.

Best thing is, none of those will feel fleeced, they can all say

"Good WGT, nice WGT, they made this coveted club available for me!"

Some may even forget about the shortcomings of the site for a while...
