WGTdbloshoe:You can rent any clubs at or below your current level. Allowing a level 20 player to be able to rent a level 95 club would create chaos in the game play for credits.

Which is truly a shame for Legend/TL players above L81, as any remaining equipment that will open up for us would provide little added benefit over any other L81+ Legend/TL.
Since it will take longer and longer (weeks and months) to reach the next level (let alone several levels between any new equipment), and with only ~6-7 pieces of equipment left above L81, I for one would LOVE to know if/what pieces would be worth drooling over, to be anxiously awaiting. For instance, the L85 R11 3W and L88 R11 driver might not be worth the purchase, and seeing as I spend my own money here, I would rather not even waste the rental cost (which could go for balls instead) given the low forgiveness on them.
After the G20 driver purchase showing itself to be a very, very minimal benefit (some of the time) over my L48 R1, I have actually consigned myself to the rest of my WGT time being spent simply having fun with my friends, and waiting for levels 90 (R11 irons), 94 (R11s driver), 95 (R11s 3W), and finally, L98 to finally own the upgraded (and most awesome) R1. I see that as my path, and though it does not include those L85 and L88 clubs, I would love to have given them a shot... as a free rental. A true shame (IMO).
Otherwise, I am happy in my own little world with my small group of friends here on WGT.
