Account disabled....

  My account is fine but they disabled my sons account and I have emailed and got a generic response. Does WGT limit 1 account per household and if so they need to refund my money I spent on my sons account.

  I read alot of posts and most of them talked about sandbagging and we have never won a tournament or even come close lol.  I have spent a ton of $$$ in this money pit.

  Will they enable their account or refund my money??  I have spent over $500 and WGT is accountable if they disable an account to belongs to another person.  We play on 1 desktop and 2 laptops so I am confusedasto why theywould disable an account that has not won anything but spends money all the time...

  Called the number 4154332027 and never called me back....that and the generic emails they send you is frustrating!!  Maybe time to go back to Links 2003 with over 2000 courses or Tiger Woods cuz WGT seems to be dropping the ball.  How you cheat if you never win SMDH

  the thing I find best remedies these situations is not having more than one account

  I have only 1 account and my son doesn't have a credit card.  That's 2 people 2 accounts and he let his brother play closest to the hole and stroke play once in a while I just footed the bill!!

  There is no rule saying you can't have 2 accounts in one household but they disapprove of the two using the same computer.

  We had 3 accounts in my house. That's what they want, Get the whole family involved. My daughter found it first and thought I would enjoy it, then I got the Mrs. to have a go.

  Do you have any idea how odd it looks that a TM that joined just this year is spending all that money gifting others when you have only the free stuff equipped? A lot of boosts went out and most recently some decent equipment. Care to elaborate so you don't get unnecessarily bombed?

  Didn't really mean to bump this thread but it was the most recent to answers some of my Q's. When my son tried to join.

  When I read the terms and conditions on multiple accounts it states: "Each player may have one account, and you can only create one player per email address."

  No worries he has his own e-mail account. All was fine for the first week and he shot well of course like any other kid that has gamed all his up bringing. He's played all the "Tiger Woods" games since 2009 and this is no different than those. So of course he's going to grasp it very fast. I also noticed he had a Max Distance driver, Max Putter, Callaway , WGT slow meter  balls, and gained 500 credits right off the hop? So pretty easy to hit top scores at hack and amateur levels let alone Pro. His account was disabled. I told him to create another E-mail, try again and use the laptop but same scenario. So it's obviously an IP address since it's WI-FI. 

  It's too bad but he's cool with it... But the terms and conditions on multiple accounts should state: "Each player may have one account, and you can only create one player per IP address."

  Thanks for this thread it helped our issue, and I will continue to play with my account as it is a fun site...
