Trialpay link not working.

  Yup. I saw a post like this on the forums a long while back, and also saw that the problem was sorted at the time. I was amazed then that trialpay would come on and sort it out. So when i saw this reply, i didnt hesitate.

  Still didnt get the credits for the videos viewed though, lol.

  A few hours after I emailed supersonicads,I received  my credits don't know if it was coincidence  or they just take longer than it says.

  Hi,

  Having a similar problem. Clicking the offer about favorite restaurant and get this message:

  There was an error connecting you to Restaurant Preference Survey.

  I a getting similar mesages on other offers Itry to complete.

  Once again trialpay is down and has been for several weeks now with invalid url. contacted WGT customer service and was directed to trialpay web site which will not let you contact them without joining which will not happen. contacted WGT once again and asked WHY???? you have a web site that does not work still up on WGT. You would think that WGT would look into it but then again everything they try to fix turn to shite. where are you "andyson" we could use some pics or videos of WGT providing their excellent customer service dedication they provide to us.

  I've been dealing with trialpay for four days straight. They keep telling me everything is fine. They keep telling me to do other offers besides the videos. I keep telling them that 100% of all your offers from the desktop are not working. Every single offer link keeps displaying "We can't find this page". This happens after I have been to the macromedia site, deleted the web browser and cache (five different ones) and two different machines, Mac and Windows. And I repeat. For four straight days trialpay and myself have been dancing back and forth getting nowhere.

  But...?

  The 1-2 credit video offers are working. What?

   

  So I am glad I am not the only one.

  There's a possibility that you (or anyone else) may be temporarily blocked from TrialPay. TP will do that if you have gained, or went past, a certain amount of credits in a set time period. What the limits or time periods are, I have no idea. Why they do this, I have no idea, either. 

  Here is the way to contact them. Do it daily. If everyone that uses TP, and is getting the invalid URL stuff sends them an email or 20 every single day, maybe they will go away, or "fix" it.

  Jay, the main credit offer page is good supersonic works fine trialpay is not. i click on support and get url path is not complete, it is this way when you click on any offer. WGT CS told me to send them screenshots which i had just sent them. all the offer sites are on my chrome allow list so i dont see that as a problem. i kind of like them 8 credit vids just click them and come back in a few

  trialpay responded with and automated response which does not surprise me at all . upon using your link on their practices i believe several of us are blocked which was declared in my email to them. it always seems that when one site goes down that the other offer sites pick up.
