WGT needs to organise this better. I just went through a survey which took around 20 minutes to do. It was quite obviously for Home Depot. I gave them a lot of good information. After effectively completing the survey the survey company came back to me to say the survey was full. I'm assuming that I wont get credits for this. I don't mind a survey being full but at least organise it so that I don't waste my time for no effort and tell me up front.

It's not the first time that I've had this.

    Rant over.

It will continue. Get used to it or quit wasting your time with surveys.

Must be honest I've never tried the surveys, had my clubs 4 years and just buy balls when needed. i would always be wary of surveys as they can bombard you with junk mail/junk txts

Tried one today.  Gave me the flip but that's OK as happens.  To my pleasant surprise when it flipped me though it said, "CONGRATULATIONS YOU HAVE EARNED 50 C".  Very generous I thought then it said earned 5 (FIVE) credits.  Can the cut be that much lol

Just one today but they keep me in balls. Still not spent money on this game.

Which is why you *never* give these people your real ph#/address/email/name/address, etc. If you do, then you deserve that junk.

Create a fake email on a free email site(in case you need to reply for the credits), create a fake name w/address and ph#...etc - NEVER give them your real info.

Hell, I had a site last nite tell me they needed my SS#....riiiiight. Fake SS# here ya go. Credits went thru and all was fine.

I don't mind answering the surveys honestly, but when they start asking for personal info, then everything goes out the window and you get the bare minimum for me to get my points.

This is exactly what's wrong with in-game free credits. Do you recognize the company spends a fair bit of money to market themselves or capture your feedback?

It is ridiculous to think a random survey will ask you for your SSN, but hey - if you want to keep the community earning free credits, most if not all have to fill the survey honestly. When that doesn't happen, community feedback loses value and hence the credits you earn reduces or goes through much more scrutiny than required.

Don't do surveys with the intent of racking up 10k credits for a couple of hours of faking, do them as it suits you and you will see marketers valuing the WGT community highly and help WGT command better pricing (more credits for you and me for every minute spent!)

same here ,more often than not you don't get the credits from anything ,only video ads for under ten credits ,it's like there gold or something ,love playing but earning credits is dodgey.
