Probably doesn't have enough ranked rounds to level up and those aren't first place trophies, they're awards for different achievements.

Actually it speaks volumes as yours is a typical newbie complaint, blaming something other than your ability on not winning.  :-)

i don't agree, i am in the tier i should be in and have the ability to place in tournaments in my tier and i have. no one was going to or was able to beat a lvl80 with a 59 avg in the tour pro tier. and im sure this is a typical complaint because its an issue.

Looks like you're doing pretty well and lowering your scores.

Why are you messing with RG's?

Play the free 9 & 18 hole monthly tournaments. Most of them have unlimited plays. Like the RG's they pay for the lowest scores. If you aren't doing well after several holes, restart the game & try again. If you take notes, as you play, you can learn to adjust your aim points, spin and power to better your overall game.

I'm not very good, but I have won credits in those free games!

Hang around. Learn it all from the various posts. Join a good CC and learn from those players. Make it to at least Legend. Hone your skills. Then open a second account. By carefully not playing ranked rounds you can duplicate this a$$----'s achievement by being a sandbagger. Or... you could just sit back and enjoy the game as it was meant to be played, for fun. Whilst in that CC, make some friends. Enjoy some good alt shot or match play games.

Quit worrying about the riff - raff. They will always be with us. Though it is, indeed, sad to say.

    I'm with you.

C'mon guys, have a look at the standings in the Michelin challenge, lower tiers, hack tier especially. I think you'll have a very hard time finding any first time player in the top ranks.

Who ever did score near 60 or even below on 18 holes Congressional in his first month (on his/her first account) ? I do believe that once in a while some very talented kid joins this game and shoots extremely low scores within a month.....once in a while... not every day.

On this game it is a given fact that if you don't want to cheat and you don't want to be cheaten, you'd best stay away from matchplay for credits, high rated events like the Michelin challenge, Ready Go's and Premium Tournaments, until you are a well equipped legend who really took the time to learn the game. Only then you can speak of a level playing field (disregarding the auto dingers).
