Ever seen this?..59yds out dinged perfect 60yd wedge, the ball doesn't appear to hit the flag and no usual bang as if it did hit flag stick, just looks like a trampoline green, never had this happen before, would be amusing if it didn't cost me a stroke and a loss in a CC tourney...ugh...http://www.wgt.com/replay.aspx?ID=22868c75-c853-4313-a13a-a20a0007e334        http://www.wgt.com/replay.aspx?ID=22868c75-c853-4313-a13a-a20a0007e334...Crap,can not get the url to post in green......http://www.wgt.com/replay.aspx?ID=22868c75-c853-4313-a13a-a20a0007e334

Will someone please explain to me how to post the url properly,,,thanks in advance LOL

    Hi Dave,

In order to share on the forum, you need to click the media button above ... looks like a strip of 35 mm film (11th Icon over ... starts with Bold, Italic, Underline ... etc.)

You'll get a dialog box, then paste in the URL.

    Hope that helps.

    Kat

    Here's your link:

Not very real when a wedge that 99 out of 100 shots stops dead with no spin, that bounced 20 yards forward and no there was no strong tail wind, not realistic at all.....but I take it with a grain of salt it's not often I get a WTF shot so it's all good, just had never seen a green bounce like a trampoline....

    It could happen, even IRL.

If replay viewed with Cam 3 and a quick [right-click/Zoom] centered on pin, you can see the ball almost holes out on fly.

Trouble is it hits the edge of hole at about 7:30 point relative to line-of-flight (if 6 o'clock on the hole rim is straight back at initial lie) - then it caroms off towards 2 o'clock (right-long).

Them's the breaks! It's a game of millimeters, sometimes, lol.
