  I have just put $5 on my account and received a sleeve, but will I be able to do this again and again and get the  free sleeve everytime, until the offer ends ?

  It is quite a tortuous process using a credit card to buy credits , but I would like a nice stock of  Cally's before they disappear, as I imagine many many other faithful players will too.

  Not really, once WGT have details, then just punch in your CSC or CVD
