I'd wait a while, whatever you buy now will need updating in a few months, and when you do buy I'd recommend starting with wedges.

    Hey Murky50,

Like Courteney said, you should wait a while.  There really isn't too much available at your current level.  If you can hang in there until the 30's levels, a wide selection of good clubs will be available to you, although the Cleveland wedges in the 20's levels aren't too bad.

Unless you've got credits burning a hole in your virtual pocket, just keep playing the starters.  It's tough, I know ... just collect your credits and save up for the equipment you can get in the 30's levels.  It really isn't that far away!

You get a 1 dot gain in distance and feel (slightly slower meter speed) with the 44 credits - 3 Pack of WGT GI-D Balls.

Unlike Starter balls, these balls wear out after about 120 hits, so you would be getting about 3.6, 18 hole rounds per sleeve of 3 balls (about 12.5 credits per round).

Drive for Show. Putt for dough.

Par is established on the assumption 2 putts are used per hole. You are averaging 2.44 putts per hole. So the first goal should be to get that down to 2 putts per hole or less. At 2.0 putts per hole average, you would cut about 8 strokes off your average score. (.44 x 18 holes = 7.92)

    On a par 72 course, half of par is putts - 2 putts x 18 holes = 36 strokes.

Consider getting the 400 credit Spider Putter when you reach level 19.

So you might want to consider a putter upgrade. However as mentioned, if you upgrade your wedges you could likely hit approach shots closer to the flag stick as a way to make more putts, and also reduce your scoring average.

Look at  and compare the level 14 Taylor made ATV 54° and 60° wedges with the starter wedges you currently have.

imho, the WGT Tour SD ball for 65 credits is one of the best buys of any ball and a big improvement over the starter ball. The level 42 Ping Tour Wedges are the best buy of all the clubs @ 200 credits, and the 64W is still my favorite club.Good luck.
