  a) that has NEVER happened to me (suspect dasterdly dead to 'help' win CR's match..another example of 2% messing it up for the vast majority) 

  I've had it happen to me when I mis-clicked and hit play in the pop up menu by mistake, only a few times and certainly not annoying enough to give up zoom for though. 

  Besides, it was my own stupid fault.  I don't think a few players whining about this is a good enough reason to rob us all of the zoom option.

  This is unfair.  Please give us our zoom back.

  Agree only issues with zoom were my doing ...never encountered issues stated to remove ..+1

  It is not about an individual player clicking the buttons by mistake, it is about players who used the cheat to take credits from others.... And the fact that we stopped a player from using the cheat to steal credits is a good thing whether or not the zoom button is there or not.

  Thank you for explaining in detail why the right+click options were removed, WGTdbloshoe.

  Ya'll (meaning WGT management) really ought to let customer service reps off the leashes and proactively communicate when and why positive steps such as this one are taken. It's so difficult to be in the line of fire on a daily basis due to game issues - real or imagined. Any situation that might bring you a little positive feedback deserves to be celebrated. IMO.

  Hearty applause to WGT for identifying a weakness in Flash and taking action to protect those who choose to gamble on the game from black-hearted cheats. 

  And thanks to ScottHope for that Windows zoom tip! Gold star, bud.

  I like Shoe, he is far more forthcoming than Pizza ever was, even though I am sure he was doing his best.

  Thank you very much for the improvements, and can anyone tell me why the video carousel has gone, and will it come back.

  After buying the R1 I am seriously low on credits, can't even buy some new Chromes.

  After WGT kindly retrieved my ball from the water at Congo #6, when my pitch hit the hole full on and wet itself, I have one Nike with about 80 hits left, and all those single freebies

  Yes. The video carousel isn't gone. You need to use the scroll wheel on your mouse to scroll down to the bottom of the page to view it. Its a long way down there now. : )

  i just played a game one guy quits causing me to lose a eagle shot i was unable to complete the game i think its unfair when a player quits and u lose your score i didnt forfeit

  Ok, it is rare I congratulate WGT, especially on something that affects me personally in an adverse fashion, (I don't play for credits, and I don't do MP / AS so this 'cheat' wouldnt have affected me). However, if they have found a cheat and this stops it then well done, you have my total support. I just hope you've also perma-banned those caught cheating.

  I used the zoom function extensively, primarly for offsetting for wind more accurately (one aim box = 10mph), but also for checking my approaches. I can still do the wind thing but only just, and approaches are down to course notes and memory now. So do I want the zoom back? You bet your three asterisks I do; but if that cannot be done without facilitating the cheats, then I'll just have to suck it up.

  Just thought I would drop you a line to say the upgrades that were done last night..(July 30th)..I find to be just great,and as far as the zoom thingy I had never used that anyways, ..so that to me was no problem that you took it away,what was very frustrating tho was the game error's that caused me a lot of problems and even lost my good game rating many times,I always wondered for a very long time if it had anything to do with some stuff that was on the flash player..I see you looked into it and took it off..great job..I also love the meter now and have loved this game from the first time I teed it up..you and your great team to me..do listen and read the players feedback on stuff and a lot of times address them...keep up the great job all of the staff does at W G T... this is the best golf game ever,,take care now and great golfing
