something got tweaked by wgt.....

  My graphics had been choppy, but clearing the flash cache fixed that up...otherwise, same as it's always been for me.

  yes i noticed something different with my meter as well. usually after you set the power and wait for it to 'ding'...the yellow line from where the meter begins

  (i) moves to the left (up to where you set the power) and then

  (ii) continuously moves to the right, where it stops at the ding (+/-)

   

  however, since the latest update i notice that there's a slight change between steps (i) and (ii) above. the yellow line does not move continuously. From the midpoint (where the meter begins), it moves to the left up to where you set the power, and THE YELLOW LINE DISAPPEARS FOR A MOMENT (leaving the background black line visible). Then it begins a new movement to the right from the point where you set the power.

  
  

  messed up my shots the first few times of using it, took some tries to get used to the new look. very minor detail, yes, but still disrupts the norm.

  It is different FOR SURE. The holes are "crisper" and if not dead center, it ain't falling in. The views are also different. Many views around the green are skewed and do not offer assistance with line. Specifically #15 @ Kiawah, but many others. I'm finding the "update" from 7/31 to be less than acceptable and hurt the game as far as I'm concerned. One thing you can see different FOR SURE, is the ommision of "loops" when the screen is right clicked. Not sure what WGT is up to, but I'll go ahead and say it.....it SUX!

  All the different reactions just amaze me. My meter seems slower and smoother since the up date, however a frog hair off the ding and it is 20-30 yards off target and the wind direction makes no difference. Please don't tell me it is my new driver. I played 2 games with 100% gir. The rest of the game is as usual, terrible for me. But that is me, have fun all. Everybody is seeing something different to their game, or for some, it's all smooth as a new born babies butt. It is WGT, that's the bottom line.

  my games gone to rat shite since last update......cant ding meter as often,it seems very erratic,quick,slow,quick,quick,slow :(

  Weird. My meter seems much slower and definitely smoother. Didn't notice any difference in the greens.

  Dude, you are awesome! That's the ticket and it works.

  Now why would WGT try and hide something so simple, yet so critical, (or is it?) from us? My thought would be that they are trying another tactic to hinder our chances to improve our game by removing a performance inhancement tool we have been provided.

  My tin foil hat seems a tad tight tonight, I wish strangemagic and our beloved long lost Lizzie R. were here to help. I miss them so much and pray they are well!

  If you are not familiar with the two aformentioned individuals, it is your loss. They were the SUN and SUPER NOVA - (now a pulsar star which once kept the black hole of WGT at bay, yes, you Lizzie, by the way, how is Lambert doing? Still have your Ramones tee shirt? Watch out for walls and cupboards, it's hard to hear in there. Please say HI to dad for me) of the wgt forums.(Sorry andy, love ya too buddy).

  R.I.P. (they are not dead, just gone from here). My horrid spelling done on this little diddy would have another long lost banned for life only to get reinstated due to the over whealming pressure of his peers brought to bear on WGT by his friends, BRIT friend, telling me to annouceate because I am a terrible actor. (only andy gets that one, inside joke).
