    can anyone help me please

i've been trying for the last 30 minutes to play a round, any round, but i keep getting a 41 second Drambuie ad and then it freezes at the end and says my game will start in 41 seconds but nothing happens!

I've logged out and deleted history and everything and tried again but it's always the same, what do i do?

    ScottHope:

    Try THIS.

Much easier method is to simply right click your game screen and select Global Settings which will pop up that same delete feature. Then delete the cache.

OP.... to stop nuisance ads, install an Ad Blocker to your browser

I had a bad day on here yesterday, any time I connected I got booted and signed out two minutes later, impossible to play. I had no play now button on main page and if I manually entered game client url, it would load but no drop downs appeared. Also (in the few minutes I was connected) the  pro shop wouldn't open and I couldn't post in forum.

I seen something about another update and advice to clear caches and temp internet files. I decided to run CCleaner (great free tool) using the main and then the registry cleaner. Game immediately ran like a dream.

    ccleaner

It seemed like every game I got into there were disconnect problems and it was hard to do a 9 round stroke game. I managed to get in a game with 2 masters and a legend. I just knew I was in for a major @$$ whoopin and 3 holes in I was holding my own still at even with 1 of the guys. and ahead of the other 2. On the 4th hole it wouldn't connect and threw us out. after that I could not get back in no matter what. It was the best game I had had all day.

    Major bummer!

Question for those having disconnect problems... Are you wified or hardwired to your computers?

ccleaner is a very good tool as well as gamebooster and others mentioned in the forums. One thing I'd like to mention is, you can't just download them and expect them to work effectively. One needs to configure them for optimum performance for their computer.

Was it you that disconnected or one of the other players?

PS sometimes it is good to reset your modem and/or router to clear it's cache.

I think we all had the problems, my cisconnect happened in the waiting lobby after the other guy got back in
