I took a look at your stats, with roughly 1500 ranked rounds you are not going to see big swings in your average.  To really see your average go down you will need to be shooting 5 and 6 under par.  Your scores are saturated at this point and will need great scores to get the movement you are looking for.

You have played way too many ranked rounds so 3 under or 4 under doesnt drop the average much. I scored a 9 under and my avg dropped by .05 because i have only 360 rounds whereas you have played near to 1500 rounds

I can't tell if your average is saturated or not because I don't know how many of your 1446 rounds were played as a Legend, but unfortunately I can tell that you are not that good a player as you think - sorry.

These are the 196 valid scores and their respective number in your score history through July and August:

(9 hole scores doubled for average calculation)

    60    1
    62    9
    63    1
    64    26
    66    48
    68    41
    70    31
    72    21
    74    7
    76    4
    78    3
    80    2
    82    1
    86    1

These make up for an average of 68.21.

Thus, more than half of the visible scores are between 66 and 70 (-1 to -3 for nine holes), and their overall arithmetic average has been 68.something quite constantly. To be precise, your scoring average of August has been 68.7, more than the overall Legend average shown in your profile. From that I fear that your scores are moving up slowly. If saturated, you won't see much movement from that. If not, it should show by creeping upwards.
