    Hi

I have been playing WGT on my desktop PC for just over a month.  I am now spending a week away from home, but have my laptop with me and was hoping to spend plenty of time playing WGT.  However, when I log in on my laptop everything has been reset as if I am a brand new user, i.e. I'm a Hack, on Level 1 with an avg score of 150.00.

Why does this happen?  Being an online game, I assumed all my level details would be stored off my PC?  Is there any way I can continue playing at my normal level on my laptop until I get home?

    Thanks

I looked at your account and there does not seem to be anything wrong. I suggest you sign out then back in. If this does not help, then you should clear your cache and cookies. If you keep having trouble, fill a support ticket or send me a PM and we can get your game working right again.

Are you sure you're not logging in as guest ?

As you rightfully so expect, all your account stats are stored on wgt servers. Some info is stored locally (in flash and browser cache), but all the crucial info is with wgt.
