This has happened many times to me.

Well I'm sure many others have the same problem.

It is not a perfect system, being green doesn't mean I am stuck to the front of the monitor, there could be a kaleidescope of reasons for missing a game invite.

For me, I have several computers, one of which is constantly hooked up to WGT and is set up for gaming. Other computers have different purposes, and whilst I may be green , it is quite possible I am doing something else on another computer

yes, I am lazy, and can't be arsed to switch red ( busy ) every time I leave my chair.

I too get frustrated at inviting someone for a game and having to wait 3 minutes for the default decline, it makes u wanna scream, especially when trying to set up a game with a stranger in a matchplay tournament..

Really. I gave up inviting you or offering up your name when another host is looking for "greens."

    HI

Why would you word it as accusation? sometimes I forget too, and it's pretty simple to invite someone, wait 20 seconds for them to accept and they don't, move on. there could be 100's of reason for you to be green and not accept invite... if someone is taking it personally, then they are not being reasonable.

    I wouldn't take it personally.

Thanks Icon, I guess really it is me feeling guilty that I do perhaps miss invites, but how would I know.

Anyway I will be more rigorous in the future and change status every time I leave my seat, whether it is just to make a coffee or have a 6 hour sleep, so that in future everyone can be assured my green status means I am here and ready to play.

YJ told me that playing in 'unlimited' doesn't change status. so I'll watch out for that as well.
