It's a cross roads IMO. PP out there, and may do something, only "MAY".
For those that are OK with the L79 Bladez / L90 R11 irons very low scores are possible teamed with a good ball. It's not just the irons though the R11S driver and R1 are so very good also. I can't see the clock being turned back although take the point's by courteneyfish and Cerino above. For player's that really want to compete in this game though they will obviously want any edge on offer. I can't blame WGT, Nike or TM getting it to this stage but short of a big overhaul (mega bucks) it's where it is for some time to come. I do think WGT could do themselves a huge favour and shake the pro shop up for L88 on really. Perception is everything and I speak to many player's that get to the tips, and lose interest when they realise how far away L94 is. Massaging things a little for L88 on might keep the interest levels up for longer equipment wise anyway.
